Small family concern from Heathcote Vic., noble indeed. Jubey red fruits from the Grenache juxtaposed against the earthy savoury Mourvèdre. Very much an Australian style of GSM with a glowing warmth to keep things ticking. Drink with protein preferably of the BBQ style

Raspberry and earth with a touch of spice to round things out, this is a very approachable and enjoyable GSM in the richer and riper spectrum.  While initially this was quite savoury, I left half a bottle on the bench over a couple of days and the richness of the wine came through and enveloped the alcohol that was evident on day one making for a more harmonious experience.

Although I noted its match for BBQ meats in my earlier comments, with some air time this is a nice mid weight red wine that would make great friends with a rich slow cooked winter casserole (chicken or red meats).
